Corned Beef & Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients:
3 pounds corned beef brisket with spice pack
1 medium onion -- sliced
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
1 clove garlic -- minced
1 bay leaf
water
1 head cabbage -- sliced in wedges
Directions:
Combine meat with remaining ingredients except cabbage in crockpot. Cover; cook on low for 7-9 hours. Stir in cabbage and cook for one more hour. Serve corned beef with the cooked cabbage.
