Corned Beef And Cabbage Stew Recipe

Ingredients:
5 potatoes, peeled and chopped
5 carrots, peeled and chopped
1 can (28 oz size) crushed tomatoes
1 head cabbage, shredded
1 package (12 oz. size) corned beef, chopped
Directions:
Add potatoes, carrots and tomatoes to a stockpot; heat until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.
Reduce heat; stir in cabbage and corned beef. Simmer for 20 minutes.
