ingredients
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup dry sherry
1 cup Ritz style crackers, crushed
1 pound med. size shrimp, cleaned and shelled
directions
To melted butter, add garlic, parsley, paprika, and sherry. Add cracker crumbs and toss.
Place shrimp in baking dish. Spoon the butter mixture over the shrimp.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve with crackers.
