Ingredients:
Olive oil (in a spray-pump container)
2 clean brown paper bags (lunch-size)
2 Sea Bass fillets, about 6 to 8 ounces each
1 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce (low sodium is fine)
1 tablespoon fresh Lime Juice
1 1/2 tablespoon freshly grated Ginger

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray oil completely over outside of bags. Rinse and dry fillets, and sprinkle with pepper on both sides. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, lime juice and ginger.

Place 1 fillet into each bag and spoon soy sauce mixture onto both sides of fish, reaching inside the bags. Squeeze air out of the bags, roll ends up tightly and crimp to seal shut.

Place bags onto baking sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes. To serve, slit open bags and peel back paper.
