4 (8 ounce size) sole fillets
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons green onion, chopped
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs

directions
Arrange fillets on oiled microwave safe dish.
Combine mayonnaise, green onion, and parmesan cheese. Spread on each filet. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika. Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave on high power, 2 minutes for each fillet. Do not turn fish.

I baked the sole for 20 minutes at 375 instead and it turned out wonderful. It even impressed all the fish haters in the family.
