Baked Trout With Seafood Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
4 Trout (1 lb ea.), cleaned
1/2 pound Butter or margarine
2 tablespoons Flour
1 1/2 cup Wine, dry white
2 tablespoons Lime juice
3/4 cup Light cream
18 Oysters
3/4 pound Shrimp, peeled
Directions:
Blend melted butter and flour. Add white wine and lime juice. Heat. Place trout into baking dish or pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; pour sauce over fish. Cover.
Bake 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees F basting 2 to 3 times. Add cream, oysters, and shrimp. Bake covered 20 minutes or until shrimp are cooked.
