Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon oregano
3/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
2 cups water
Tomato sauce to coat hot dogs, optional
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onions. Drain. Add spices. Mix well. Add water. Simmer for 1 hour. Coat grilled hot dogs with tomato sauce, if desired. Then place in bun, spoon hot Coney Island sauce over the hot dogs and top with grated cheese.
