Chinese Brown Sauce Recipe

Serves/Makes: 1 cup
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons cooking oil
2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon white pepper
5 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons ginger
1 1/2 tablespoon cooking wine
3 tablespoons water
Directions:
Put oil in saucepan and heat, then add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer 3 minutes. Stir fry chicken and vegetables of your choice. Add brown sauce and heat through.
