Basic Stir Fry Sauce Recipe

Serves/Makes: .5 cup
Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sugar
4 teaspoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons dry sherry
Directions:
Combine all ingredients.
I make this up to a few hours ahead of time, and add to the stir fry about 2/3 of the way through.
