Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound flank steak (or use boneless skinless chicken breasts)
1 cup italian salad dressing
4 ounces can diced green chilies
8 flour tortillas
1/3 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup diced tomato
1 cup shredded lettuce
hot sauce

Directions:

Combine salad dressing and green chilies. Pour mixture over flank steak and marinate in a covered container for at least 6 hours in the refrigerator, turning occasionally. Grill steak until done 3 to 4 minutes per side. Slice across the grain, cutting the meat into thin strips. Assemble fajitas by placing a few pices of meat on a warmed flour tortilla; top with cheese, tomato and lettuce. Cover filling with hot sauce (if desired) and roll.
