Gingered Beef Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounces sliced or julienne beef sirloin
1/2 onion
1/2 pepper (red or green)
12 baby carrots
1 tablespoon fresh garlic
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 cup chicken broth
Directions:
Sautee first six ingredients for 1-2 minutes. Add next four ingredients, then chicken broth. Thicken with corn starch and water as desired. Serve over rice.
