1 teaspoon kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning 4 top sirloin steaks (5 ounce size) 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
directions
Combine the salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Sprinkle the steaks on both sides with the seasoning mixture.
Evenly drizzle olive oil over the steaks.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and sear for 30 seconds then reduce the heat to medium. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Turn the steaks over and cook for 3-4 minutes longer or until desired doneness.
