Jensen's Hot Sauce Recipe

Serves/Makes: 5 cups
Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz. size) tomato sauce
1 can (15 oz. size) stewed tomatoes
1 can (6 oz. size) tomato paste
12 ounces jalapenos
4 ounces green chilies (big ones)
1/2 white onion
Miscellaneous peppers, to taste
Red pepper, the Italian kind
Paprika
Cumin seed
Celery seed
Apple cider vinegar
Few squirts Tabasco sauce
Concentrated lemon juice
Sugar
Onion salt, a tad
Chili powder
Directions:
Finely dice the onions and peppers, chop the stewed tomatoes. Mix it all together and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes.
This is a great way to use all those peppers (jalapeno, cayenne, etc.) that produce like rabbits in your vegetable garden.
