Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound pasta
1/4 cup butter/margarine
1/2 pint heavy or whipping cream
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoonful grated nutmeg (opt)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook pasta. Drain and put back in pot.

Add butter or margarine. Mix well until butter melts. Add cream. Over VERY low heat, cook gently while stirring until cream thickens slightly. Remove from heat and add cheese and seasonings. Mix well and serve at once.
