Pete's Delightful Delicious Apple Pie Bread Recipe

Serves/Makes: 1 loaf
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon sea salt
3/4 cup buttermilk
6 teaspoons apple juice concentrate
1 1/2 tablespoon butter or margarine
3/4 cup plain sliced canned apples, cut cup
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon dough enhancer
3 1/2 cups better for bread flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions:
Mix the flour dough enhancer and cinnamon before adding to bread pan. You may want to do first knead and then reset and start again for extra kneading.
