ingredients
6 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
butter, for frying
1/2 small onion
8 (3-inch long) celery sticks
4 baby carrots
1/2 tablespoon fresh sage, coarsely chopped
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 cup cooked turkey, chopped
directions
Beat eggs and milk together in separate bowl. Set aside.
Saute together onion, celery, carrots, sage, and poultry seasoning using medium low heat. Add meat to mixture, cooking until meat is warmed through. Add egg mixture and cook until eggs are thoroughly cooked. Serve with warm dinner rolls.
