Cheddar Eggs Recipe

Ingredients:
2 egg
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Spray small microwavable cups with cooking spary. Add 1 egg and 1 tablespoon water to each cup; beat lightly with fork. Stir in 1/4 cup shredded cheese into each.
Microwave on HIGH 1 1/2 minutes or until egg is completely cooked, stirring after 1 minute.
Spoon onto toasted whole grain bread slice. Sprinkle with hot pepper sauce, if desired.
