Basic Wheat Flour Master Mix Recipe

Serves/Makes: 10.5 cups
Ingredients:
4 cups wheat flour
1/3 cup baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups shortening
4 cups white flour
4 teaspoons salt
1 1/4 cup powdered milk
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and cut in shortening. Store in refrigerator.
Use in place of Bisquick or all purpose baking mixes.
