Crusty Pizza Dough Recipe

Serves/Makes: 1 crust
Ingredients:
1 package active dry yeast
1 cup warm water (105-115 degrees F)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons olive oil
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon cornmeal
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water, place in large mixing bowl. (I use my mixing bowl that came with my mixer). Stir in salt, olive oil, and flour. With dough hook, stir until can't stir anymore, stiff. Turn dough out onto floured board and knead until smooth. Shape into ball. Place dough in greased bowl, cover with greased plastic wrap. Keep free from draft for about an hour.
Punch dough down. Brush a 14-inch pizza pan with oil, sprinkle with cornmeal. Press dough on pan and add toppings of your choice. Bake at 450 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.
