1 1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons molasses
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
directions
Select light crust setting on bread machine. Add ingredients in order recommended by machine manufacturer.
When baking is completed, place loaf on wire rack to cool for 30 minutes before cutting.
