Pineapple Marshmallow Cream

ingredients
1 can (regular size) crushed pineapple
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup whipping cream
directions
Combine pineapple, lemon juice and marshmallows in a medium saucepan. Place over low heat and stir until marshmallows are dissolved.
Remove from heat. Cool. When partially set, fold in whipped cream.
Spoon into sherbet dishes and cool for 2 hours or overnight.
