ingredients
2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups dates, finely cut
2 cups nuts, finely chopped
4 egg, slightly beaten
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
directions
Combine ingredients in order listed, mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake in preheated 300 degrees F oven for 30 minutes or until done. Cool.
Top with whipping cream, if desired.
