Chocolate Mousse III Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
2 cups Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 egg whites
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips in microwave or double boiler. Let cool until lukewarm but still liquid. While chocolate is cooling, beat egg whites at high speed with electric mixer until stiff peaks form. In separate bowl, beat whipping cream with 1 teaspoon vanilla until soft peaks form. Fold egg whites and whipped cream together. Gently fold in melted chocolate until mixed thoroughly. Spoon into individual serving bowls or goblets and chill two hours before serving. Note: With the sweetness of the chocolate chips, you usually don't need to add any sugar to the whipping cream unless you have a really sweet tooth. ;)
