Ingredients:
***Mix together:***
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
***In separate bowl, mix:***
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons milk
***
8 ounces cool whip
2 packages instant chocolate pudding mix
3 1/2 cups milk

Directions:

Add Cool Whip to milk mixture. Stir in 2 packages instant chocolate pudding mix. Add 3 1/2 cups milk. Grease 9"x13" pan. Put crushed graham cracker mixture on bottom. Cover with pudding mixture. Refrigerate.
