Baked Fudge Pudding Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cup coarse fresh bread crumbs
Directions:
Toast walnuts in a small skillet over medium heat. In a saucepan, combine milk, chocolate chips and sugar. Cook until chocolate is melted over low heat.
Remove from heat and stir in butter. Stir some of the hot chocolate mixture into the beaten egg. Add egg to saucepan and stir in bread crumbs and toasted walnuts.
Pour into a greased 1-quart baking dish and bake at 350F degrees for 45 minutes.
