REVIEW: 5 star recipe rating
My MIL has made this for years. We use macadamia nuts in the crust and double the crust recipe. To make it gluten free I use gluten free mama's almond flour and 1tsp xantham gum per 1c flour.

This time I used low fat cream cheese and lite cool whip. It was great and I felt less guilty eating this yummy dish!
