Sour Cream Gingerbread

ingredients
2/3 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup molasses
1 egg
1 cup sifted flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
directions
Heat cream, then add butter and molasses and stir in beaten egg.
Sift flour with salt, sugar, soda and spices and blend into cream mixture. Bake in a greased 8-inch square pan in a 350 degrees F oven for 30 minutes.
