2 ounces coconut cream (6 oz. pina colada mix)

In a blender, add 1 cup ice, pineapple juice and cream of coconut (or 6 oz. pina colada mix). Blend until slushy and drain into an old fashion or margarita glass. Garnish with an ornage wheel.
