Pistachio Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
1 chocolate pie crust (6 oz size)
1 3/4 cup cold milk
1 package pistachio instant pudding mix
cool whip, thawed, for garnish
Directions:
Arrange kiwi fruit slices, reserving a few for garnish, to cover bottom of crust. Combine milk and pudding mix in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer at low speed 1 minute or until well blended. Pour over kiwi and chill pie 2 to 3 hours. Place reserved kiwi slices on top of pie and garnish with dollops of whipped topping.
