Easy Lingonberry Pie Recipe

Serves/Makes: 8
Ingredients:
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 3/4 ounce margarine or butter
1 tablespoon water
***Filling***
3 1/2 ounces finely sliced almond paste
1 cup lingonberries, fresh or frozen
2 1/2 tablespoons molasses
Directions:
Mix oats, flour and sugar and finely divide the butter in there. Add water and quickly work the dough together. Leave to rest for approximately 30 minutes.
Dress a pie pan with the dough.
Cover the bottom with almond paste, sprinkle with lingonberries, drizzle with molasses and bake at 350 F for 20 - 30 minutes. Serve the pie lukewarm with vanilla ice cream!
