Ingredients:
4 well-trimmed boneless Beef chuck eye or chuck top blade steaks, 3/4" thick
1/3 cup prepared teriyaki marinade, PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
2 tablespoons prepared teriyaki marinade
***Fruit Salsa***
2 medium plums, pitted, diced
OR
1 large peach, pitted, diced
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeño pepper

Directions:

Place steaks and 1/3 cup marinade in plastic bag, turning to coat. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once.

Meanwhile in small bowl, combine salsa ingredients; set aside.

Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill chuck eye steaks, uncovered, approx. 14 to 20 minutes (top blade steaks 17 to 22 minutes) for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.

Drizzle steaks with 2 tablespoons marinade; serve with salsa.
