Ingredients:
1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, 1-inch thick
2 teaspoons Mexican seasoning
1 can (15 oz. size) Mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
1 can (14-1/2 oz. size) diced tomatoes, drained
1 can (8 oz. size) pineapple tidbits in own juice, undrained
1/2 cup chopped green and/or red sweet pepper
1 tablespoon chopped seeded jalapeno pepper (optional)
6 cups mixed salad greens

Directions:

Trim fat from steak. Rub both sides with seasoning. Grill, uncovered, directly over medium coals, 12 to 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, for salsa, stir together oranges, tomatoes, pineapple, sweet pepper and jalapeno, if using.

Thinly slice steak across the grain. Serve steak and salsa over salad greens.
