Colorful Beef And Onions Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds boneless blade steak, cut in strips
1 green pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
20 ounces beef gravy
Directions:
Place beef in bottom of crockpot. Top with vegetables. Pour gravy over top. Cover; cook on low for 8-9 hours. This is very good served on buns.
