ingredients

1 can Diet Pepsi
2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
4 pork chops or pork roast
1 can (10 ounce size) reduced-fat cream soup
1 can (4 ounce size) mushrooms (drain if you want thicker gravy)
garlic & ginger to taste
1 can (8 ounce size) pineapple chunks, drained

directions

Spray crock pot, mix ingredients in bottom of crock pot and place pork on top.

Cook on low for 8 to 12 hours or on Hi 4 to 6 hours. Judge time according to size of pork pieces.

REVIEW: recipe rating
I cooked thick pork chops for 5 hours. The meat was falling apart and wonderful! I'd use crushed pineapple next time because the pinapple chunks didn't taste anything like pineapple and some left on plates.
