Ingredients:
6 pork chops
1 can (8 oz. size) tomato sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 1/2 cup water
3/4 cup long grain rice uncooked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Brown chops in oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Combine water, rice, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning and place in baking pan. Arrange chops over rice; cover and bake at 350F for 1 hour. Sprinkle with cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
