Smokin Succulent Grilled Pork Chops

These grilled chops are all about the chipotle-mayo sauce. It serves double duty as dipping sauce and basting sauce to brush on the pork while you're grilling.

ingredients
1 cup real mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
8 pork chops
directions
Blend first 5 ingredients to make chili mayonnaise. Reserve half. Set aside.
Grill or broil pork, brushing with half of the chili mayonnaise mixture until done.
Serve with reserved chili mayonnaise on the side.

Amazing, even tho I did not have all of the ingredients, and i changed it up a little bit. Over all a nice, simple, and good recipe.
