The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

I love anything with greek flavors! The pork chops were perfectly done, not dried out and not undercooked, which can be a challenge with some oven recipes. Great flavor and liked the feta and olive topping a lot. I served this with lemon potatoes (another greek favorite)
