Glazed Pork Chops Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
4 lean pork chops about 1" thick
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
Directions:
Trim all fat off chops.
Heat a skillet up and coat it with a non stick spray. Brown the chops for 2 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Stir the lemon juice and the honey in a measuring cup and pour over chops and continue cooking until the meat is still juicy and tender and the sauce has been reduced to a glaze (about 6 minutes).
