Crunchy Ice Cream Balls Recipe

Crush the cookies until they are crumbs. This is also a great way to use up cookies that are getting dried out.

Using a melon baller, scoop small balls of vanilla ice cream. Roll the balls in the cookie crumbs and place on cookie sheet in freezer.

Repeat as desired to make as many balls as you want. Freeze until firm and serve. Can be stored in a plastic zipper bag once frozen individually.
