Microwave Easy Baked Apples Recipe

Ingredients:
2 Golden Delicious apples, cored
4 tablespoons favorite fruit preserves
2 tablespoons apple juice or water
Directions:
Peel top third of apples; arrange, peeled end up, in microwave-safe baking dish; fill centers with preserves. Pour juice in bottom of baking dish; cover with vented plastic wrap.
Microwave on high (100 percent) 5 to 6 minutes or until apples are tender.
