Apple Bake Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
5 medium apples -- peeled and cored
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup water
Directions:
Do not slice apples. Combine the sugar, raisins and cinnamon. Stuff the cored apples with the raisin mixture. Dot tops of apples with butter. Add the water to the crock pot.
Carefully place apples in to crockpot. Cook on low for 8 hours. Delicious served with vanilla ice cream.
