ingredients
1 cup salted butter (at room temperature)
1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup malted milk mix
3/4 cup crushed malted milk ball candies
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add in vanilla and blend.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, malted milk mix and crushed candies. Add dry mixture to the creamed mixture (mixture will be crumbly).
Knead dough with hands and shape into a smooth ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Shape chilled dough into 1-inch balls and return to refrigerator for an additional 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake cookies for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
Follow microwave instructions on milk chocolate bag. Coat first the bottom of each cookie/ball, then place them on a platter covered in plastic wrap.
Working from the top down and around the sides, continue to coat the entire surface of the cookies with chocolate. Chill to set the chocolate.
