Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
1 cup beer or water
1 can (6 oz. size) tomato paste
1 package (1.25 oz size) taco seasoning
3 pounds boneless beef bottom round roast
1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
2 tablespoons peanut butter

Directions:

Mix first 4 ingredients in a 5 quart or larger slow cooker. Rub beef with salt and pepper; add to cooker. Spoon some of the sauce over top of roast. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until beef is very tender.

Remove to a cutting board. Stir peanut butter into sauce in crockpot. Slice meat against the grain, serve with the sauce.
