Slow Cooker Shrimp And Bacon Dip

ingredients
2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened and cubed
2 green onions, chopped
1 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
5 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup sour cream
1 pound cooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, and coarsely chopped

directions
Combine the cream cheese, green onions, Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, cayenne, and bacon. Mix well.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour or until the cheese is melted.
Add the sour cream and shrimp. Cover the crock pot and cook for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Serve the dip with crackers.
