Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds crawfish tails
2 teaspoons seafood seasoning (like Old Bay)
1 package (8 oz. size) cream cheese PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
1 package (3 oz. size) cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon horseradish
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Salt and Hot Sauce to taste

Directions:

Steam crawfish tails in double boiler with seafood seasoning. Reserve juice, set aside.

Place in food processor or blender, the cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, Worcestershire, garlic, onion powder, lemon juice, salt and hot sauce. Blend until well-mixed. Add crawfish. Add juice until it is a good spreading consistency.

Serve with crackers.
