A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.
Canned Bean Bean Dip
- add review
- #28046
ingredients
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans (with onions if you can find them)
1 small can green chiles
1/2 jar salsa
1 cup shredded cheese (choose your favorite)
garlic salt to taste
chile powder to taste
directions
Rinse the beans; put every thing except cheese in a bowl. You can use a hand blender but an old fashioned potato masher works just as well.
After it's mashed well, heat in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes. Then stir in your cheese, perhaps topping with enough to make it look pretty.
Serve with chips and enjoy!

Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

I made this for a party at work back in february 2007, and though it may sound boring, it was really delicious! And easy to make too. it is a bit on the milder side if you make it with mild chiles and salsa, or you can make it spicy, so it's great for all taste buds! try it if you have a few minutes to spare, it could be great for last minute party dip. :)
