Squash Casserole Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
3 cups squash, raw, grated, preferably butternut
1/2 cup Velveeta cheese, grated
1/2 cup onion
sprig parsley
Salt and pepper
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup oil
4 beaten eggs
Directions:
Mix all together in a baking dish, and bake at 350F for 40 minutes. That's it!
