1 cup diced or sliced potatoes
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup diced or sliced zucchini
salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder to taste
1/2 cup diced or sliced green onion
directions
In large iron skillet, heat oil. Add all vegetables and season to taste, and heat on high for 4 minutes, turning often.
After browning, turn down heat and simmer until all vegetables are soft.
