ingredients
1 cup boiling water
1 package (4-serving size) gelatin powder, any flavor
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/3 cup cold water
6 paper or plastic cups (5 ounce size)
6 wooden pop sticks
directions
Stir boiling water into gelatin and sugar in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
Stir in cold water. Pour into paper cups. Freeze about 2 hours or until almost firm. Insert pop stick into each cup for handle. Freeze for 3 more hours or overnight until firm.
To remove pops from cups, place bottoms of cups under warm running water for 15 seconds. Press firmly on bottoms of cups to release pops. (Do not twist or pull pop sticks.) Store leftover pops in freezer.
