Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

ingredients
6 whole graham crackers, split in two
1 package miniature marshmallows
3 bars (1.55 ounce size) milk chocolate candy, split into two
directions
Split each graham cracker into two halves. Place on a baking sheet. On top of graham cracker squares place miniature marshmallows. Place under broiler for a few seconds until toasty.
Remove and place half a chocolate bar on top of marshmallow. The heat from the marshmallow will melt the chocolate bar. Place other half of graham cracker on top. Press lightly to flatten marshmallows.
These may be made ahead and wrapped in plastic wrap until ready to heat and eat.

Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
